Staffs were wonderful, they spoke fluent english and provided clear instructions to the house. Communications were promptly answered and the were very helpful in showing us the neighbourhood and gave us tips on traveling within kyoto.

Propety is exactly like the pictures, double storey and quite spacious. Closest station is Gojo station and it’s literally only 2 min walk from one of the station exits.  We were very impressed by the neighborhood and our lovely hosts. Definitely recommend others to stay here!
